Arrival: Guests will be required to provide an imprint of a valid credit card or a cash deposit and photo identification to cover any incidental charges. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the initial Confirmation.

 

Cancellations & Refunds: 48 hours notice required to obtain a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Customer Behaviour: Damage, breakages, theft, and losses are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.

 

Minimum Stay: Minimum 2 night stay required for "Chapmanton Unit" bookings.

 

Noise: For the enjoyment of all guests, noise restrictions do apply after 7pm. Excessive noise is not tolerated.

 

Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the rooms.

 

Smoking: Smoking is definitely not permitted inside the rooms.

 

Visitors: At all times visitors must report to reception before entering the motel. During peak seasons and busy times, there are no visitors. Management reserves the right to access or refuse visitors.

 

The breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate termination of rental and loss of bond.
